About the VillaSobre la Villa
Villa Preciosa is a Costa Rica vacation rental set on the hillside above surf. It has a breathtaking panoramic view of the magnificent Playa Ocotal and Peninsula Papagayo in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. This Villa has 7 bedrooms with full baths and every amenity imaginable. Its construction is comprised of 700 sq. mts. (7,534 sq. ft.) therefore all suites and spaces within the Villa are very spacious. The Villa has a large indoor living space with high 10 meters ceiling allowing natural sunlight inside. This living room is the center of the Villa, with two wings extended on opposite ends. There are also two staircases on either side that access the upper level of the Villa. Beyond this living space, is a large covered patio, the length of the Villa and a dinning table that can seat a maximum of 24 guests.
The Villa has extraordinary ocean views from all bedrooms and covered terraces, which wrap around the infinity pool in a semi circle. The pool deck has plenty of wooden chaise lounges to bask in the sun and a large infinity edge pool that blends with the blue ocean as one. At night, the relaxing sound of waves capture a peaceful atmosphere, and the cool ocean breeze, adds to the tranquility of the tropical surroundings. The Villa staff strives to meet every request to satisfy the desires of our guests. Therefore, specific culinary menus can be requested in advance, so that the chef can prepare by obtaining ingredients and stocking the shelves with foods that guests desire in the fully equipped kitchen of the Villa. A housekeeper is on duty daily and a bartender can be provided, if guests require alcoholic beverages to be served. The dinning capacity is for a maximum of 24 guests.
Bedrooms are distributed on both upper and lower levels of the Villa. Each has a private bathroom, ocean and pool views. We offer 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and 3 bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds in each room. This hillside property is set on a 7,500 meters area of the Ocotal beach. The Villas strategic location allows all bedrooms to enjoy the beautiful infinity edge pool and ocean views. All windows are double glass to keep the Villa cool and noise free. There are two large covered terraces for your pleasure. A main terrace overlooking the pool and another terrace on the upper level, where you can relax and enjoy a spectacular ocean view while listening to soft music, sipping a cocktail or reading a book. The Villa also has a large wooden sun deck perfect for sun bathing and Jacuzzi tub nearby, surrounded by tropical trees that allow you to admire the sights and sounds of the tropics as you relax in privacy. Here guests can hear and see toucans, monkeys, iguanas and many tropical birds. The entire Villa has been tastefully decorated to make guests feel at home with all amenities imaginable. It is a perfect retreat for family reunions, corporate meetings, celebrations, weddings, or a vacation with a group of friends. Villa Preciosa has a maximum sleeping capacity of 24 people.
Villa Preciosa es una lujosa Villa con 7 amplios dormitorios. La construcción principal tiene 700m2 (7,354 ft2) con un enorme salón con techos de más de 10 metros de altura y amplias cristaleras que le dan a la estancia una gran luminosidad y permite disfrutar de unas majestuosas vistas de Playa Ocotal, Península Papagayo, Guanacaste (Costa Rica) e incluso en los días claros del Parque Nacional Santa Rosa y Nicaragua.
La Villa Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, con un Chef que le preparará las más deliciosas comidas, limpiadora y camarero en el caso que desee la opción de alquilar con alcohol incluido. Tiene una capacidad de hasta 24 comensales. Los dormitorios están distribuidos en dos plantas, y todas las habitaciones cuentan con vistas al mar y a la piscina y con cuarto de baño completo. Ofrecemos 4 dormitorios con cama King y 3 dormitorios con 2 camas Queen que hacen un total de 10 camas dobles.
La propiedad está ubicada en un lote de 7.600 m2, sobre la ladera de la colina de Playa Ocotal. Su ubicación estratégica permite que desde todos los dormitorios se tenga vistas al mar y a la piscina.
Hay dos amplias terrazas para su disfrute: una en la primera planta, sobre la piscina donde normalmente se sirven las comidas, y la segunda – en la segunda planta, y donde se puede acceder directamente desde los dormitorios de la planta superior. También existe un mirador para tomar el sol rodeado de arboles tropicales y desde donde podrá observar monos, iguanas y gran variedad de aves.
La piscina infinita, una de las más grandes de la zona, tiene vistas sobre Playa Ocotal, y el jacuzzi ubicado en el mirador le permitirá admirar las estrellas en la noche mientras se relaja plácidamente.
Toda la Villa ha sido cuidadosamente decorada, contando con obras de arte de artistas locales reconocidos, haciendo que los huéspedes se sientan a gusto en un entorno atractivo y acogedor.
