Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner

Breakfast
The best Costa Rican and American breakfast entrees come together to welcome the day. World famous Costa Rican coffee, fresh sliced fruit and a variety of vegetable and fruit juices are offered every morning. Enjoy a choice of delicious egg dishes with ham, crisp bacon slices, or sausage. Other breakfast options include freshly made pancakes, French toast and the traditional gallo pinto (beans and rice). A variety of yogurts, cereals, toasted breads and jams are also available. We will gladly provide any special culinary request if asked in advance.

Lunch
This meal is generally lighter. It starts with a side of fresh vegetables and salads, followed by a choice of sandwiches, wraps, tacos, burgers, a variety of pasta or rice dishes and Tico ¨casado¨ dishes.

Dinner
This special meal will be memorable. It starts with seafood cocktails, Spanish appetizers followed by the fresh catch of the day. For the meat lover, main course dish offers special cuts of beef and pork or poultry with side orders and vegetables. To end your culinary experience, save room for mouth watering homemade desserts, ice cream and coffee.
